This tips here helps you maitain healthy heart and strong one too
1. Eat oats for breakfast
2. Skip the elevator and use the stairs
3. Eat fish at least twice or trice a week
4. Avoid sugar (and all foods that can cause diabetes)
5. Sit quietly for at least 15mins a day
6. Cut down alcohol consumption
7. Quit smoking
8. Maintain a healthy diet
9. Do breath exercise
10. Substitute regular cooking oil/butter with olive oil
11. Snack on fruits
12. Sit less and move more
