1. Eat oats for breakfast

6. Cut down alcohol consumption

7. Quit smoking

8. Maintain a healthy diet

9. Do breath exercise

10. Substitute regular cooking oil/butter with olive oil

11. Snack on fruits

12. Sit less and move more
